Jacklyn “Jackie” Chestnut is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, comprehensive care to women through every stage of life.
Jackie began her nursing career as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse at Memorial Hermann Memorial City, where she spent 10 years caring for women and their families. She earned her BSN from Houston Baptist University (now Houston Christian University) in 2014 and her MSN from Kent State University in 2022.
With experience in women’s health, reproductive and sexual health, preventive care, menopause management, and hormone therapy, Jackie is especially passionate about hormone health and individualized treatment options, including hormone pellet therapy. She believes in listening to her patients, providing education, and empowering women to make informed decisions about their health.
Born and raised in Houston, Jackie is a wife and mother of two daughters. Outside of clinical practice, she serves with a Christian women’s nonprofit and enjoys creating community, mentoring others, and encouraging women to become all God created them to be. She also enjoys dancing, traveling, and working out.
